Telepathy is the means in which the ascending members of humanity will communicate in the future. You have the choice whether you wish to communicate verbally or telepathically dependent on whom you are communicating with, but we tell you that you will be speaking with many different types of beings and not all beings are able to verbally communicate with you, and also there are the severe limitations of language barriers. When one communicates by means of telepathy, he or she is able to take advantage of a built-in translator technology wherein you will be able to easily interpret any language in this universe, just as if someone is communicating with you in your native language. Not all human types of beings will speak your native language either of course, as there are also many different languages throughout their worlds as well.

Throughout your many incarnations you have learned many different languages, and this knowledge has been safely preserved in your memory banks and will be returned to you at the appropriate time. You will have the choice to communicate by way of any of these languages, as the being you are communicating with will also receive your thoughts translated into the language of their choice. This is the preferred method of the Galactic Federation of Light, and you will find this is the preferred method throughout much of the cosmos. Can you imagine how so many barriers that have been built here on Earth will easily be taken down once you are able to easily and effectively communicate with each other? This is one of the many changes in store for humanity in the days ahead and we look forward to teaching you this improved method of communication. Lack of communication has been the cause of so much conflict and strife here in your 3D world, and we have carefully studied the problems derived from this lack to efficiently communicate. We see your new tools of communication as a wonderful improvement that will benefit greatly your new society.

Moving on to matters concerning your current affairs, as we have said, we have arranged for the arrests of the leading members of the dark cabal who have plotted and schemed against the people of Earth for many centuries. This event will proceed according to schedule, and we see matters moving ahead quickly and efficiently with no delays. Again, we tell you these events will be globally televised, as we feel it is a very important step for humanity to see that they are finally free from the clutches of the dark rulers who have effectively conspired to keep humanity repressed for many ages. With these obstacles removed, you will be free to experience a boom in your advancement, and this is just what you will experience. Many new technologies will be introduced to you, and we feel many of you will marvel at what is in store for you. We will share with you devices that will improve virtually every aspect of your current lives and allow you so much more time and freedom to pursue any and all of your creative, as well as pleasurable desires.

We will introduce to you new ways to prepare your food, and in this way your food will be safe and healthy while feeding your vessel the proper energy and nutrients you are starved of today. The food many of you eat today has been purposely seeded with chemicals and other additives to repress your growth and to stunt your mental capabilities. You may call this food anti-ascension food, for indeed this has been the main focus of these dark ones. Your bodies will also enjoy a renaissance of sorts, as they will be free to rejuvenate to their natural states which are far more healthy and powerful than they are today, and coupled with advanced healing technologies, will return to their optimal abilities. What a joy this will be for you all as your bodies will become incredibly strong and healthy, and will operate as perfectly functioning machines that will allow you the freedom to enjoy your new lives the way you were intended to.

This is one of the many projects that will get underway when the paths are finally cleared for our reunion. We today, along with our Earth allies, are currently seeing to this task and we will have very exciting news to report to you very shortly in the days ahead. This day is inevitable and is fastly approaching. Be prepared for changes to begin immediately upon the news of the arrests of those who have kept you from experiencing your journey as has been available to you for many years. You have been kept prisoners of time, if you will, and you are currently experiencing lives that are not equal to the length of your journey. It is as if someone was grasping tightly the hands of a clock that govern your journey, but no longer, and you will see the hands of this clock spin freely and rapidly, propelling your civilization into the future.

These changes will come quickly and these changes will continue swiftly in rapid succession. You will marvel at how quickly and efficiently real change can occur as you have all been so lulled to sleep as changes in your world have come so slow, creeping for many years, going almost completely unnoticed by you. This was the modus operandi of the dark ones, as they for years have feared rocking the boat as their biggest concern was waking you up from your slumber and consciously recognizing what they have been up to for so many years right under your noses. Their agenda is over, their plans now have been stopped as you the people of Earth have awakened, and now so many of you see what they have been plotting and you are also taking part in the most important action that you can do right now, and that is to share this information with your brothers and sisters. In information there is power, and this is why the dark has for eons engaged in a conspiracy to withhold from you as much information as they could and divide as many of your world as they could.

The days of your strict limitations on travel are also nearing their end, and we see many men and women from all over your beautiful planet coming together as one in the days ahead when it will be as easy to travel to the far reaches of your planet as walking to the local store for bread. This is one of the gifts we have in store for you dear ones, and each and every one of you will be free to enjoy this gift and travel to any part of your world that you have ever dreamed of and spend time with any of your friends or loved ones you have missed or have recently met in your online social networks, as the friends you are making today will not be for long out of the reach of your arms. We see so many of you taking part in these joyous meetings, and we also see many of you enjoying your reunions with your Star Families who have missed you so greatly throughout the many years you have been away. Some of you have been away for many lifetimes, and this reunion will be a very joyous one indeed for you and your star brothers and sisters. This day is now only moments away. Keep up the wonderful work you are all doing, as it is you that are clearing the path for this reunion.

It all begins with you, as all proceeds according to your schedule, no one else's. We cannot stress this point enough. It is your readiness to accept and experience these changes, it is not our preparedness you are waiting on. We are prepared to do our parts and have been for quite some time. We cannot, however, force ourselves on your society if your society is not adequately prepared to accept us. We see our Lightworkers making great strides in this regard, and it is due to your hard work and determination that all these wonderful changes for your world will be possible. For this, your tremendous efforts are greatly appreciated by us, and all your brothers and sisters who today know not of what you do will learn of what all of you have done and have made possible. For this, you should be proud of yourselves, and you can preserve the memories of your hard work and what you have accomplished here for many years to come. We say to you all, job well done. None of this could be made possible without you, and we commend you for your tremendous efforts.

This first stage of your missions are nearing completion and soon you will begin the next phase of your assignments, and we assure you that you will enjoy your new assignments greatly, as the most difficult stages of your mission will now be behind you. Many of you will be working more personally with us, and no matter what your new assignments will be your lives will be greatly improved from what they are today, and this should make for a far greater working environment and a far more enjoyable overall experience for you all. Resolutions and Solar Balance

February 2012 Energy Forecast

The theme of Trust will run through the month of February. As you build not only greater but new trust in yourself, the world and life itself, the past will rear it's head from time to time so that you can move forward once more. Many of you will revisit past places and relationships where the expansion of trust was challenged for you, rather than nurtured.

This may happen in reality, and you will find yourself making contact with (or being contacted by) people from your past. But for the most part, it will take place in dreams and daydreams, as you filter things through your minds, hearts and energy bodies. This filtering process allows you to identify then heal the bruises some more, so you can move forward with less weight.

This resolution of past experiences began mid January and is continuing through February. Moving through deeper layers of past wounding (times/relationships where you experienced deep fear or suffering in yourself) will re-appear in your body and mind in fast and unexpected ways. Money and health (survival) and relationships with others will also be the focus of fears and resolutions in February.
As and when this resolution energy moves in on you, recognise the tendency of the mind to become over-active when we are ignoring or fighting the size of our emotions. Choose to focus solely on the feelings as they arise, and let them come through you, while simply observing any old or confused thoughts which arise, without believing or walking toward them.

If you become aware you feel unsettled or unhappy, sit in a chair or on the floor, place a hand on your stomach and one on your heart, and simply breathe through the emotions until they clear and release. Tell yourself that all is well, and trust that your body and your heart can deal with the size of what you are feeling, and that you can guide this process for yourself.

Suppression is lifting in our world on every level. It is part of the rise in power that 2012 will bring to each of us, individually and collectively. This raises the roof on what can be experienced and released. Many of you will feel compelled to say what you have previously suppressed to others, and let go of body addictions or patterns that allow you to suppress or numb yourselves from feeling and seeing clearly.
Often people believe that leaving suppression is merely wonderful, but in my experience of us as humans, this is a journey that like birthing a child, has some labour pains before the new arrival emerges. So be supportive and kind to yourselves if you are letting go of some crutches this month.
Those of you who have put yourselves second to others for a long time will feel a compulsion to shake yourself into 'life' very extremely. And often for you, your lower emotional states usually appear as grief or sadness, so you can instead expect anger and frustration to rise in you at times. This is because you are allowing through all of your suppressed fire (creativity, expression, life-force). This is fire that you suppressed while you were in service to (or seeking) the fire of others rather than bringing your own fire to the party.

And conversely the opposite lower emotional experiences will be true. Those who generally consider themselves to be 'warriors' or strong and fiery, will get in touch with deep vulnerabilities and sadness this month as sensitivity fluctuations on the planet flush through our systems.
This balancing is important for centering, and by the last week of February an opportunity to centre more after undertaking this 'fire journey' will be apparent. So just allow what you feel, and if you feel nervous of expressing your fire around others, take time alone.
Recognise when we are irritable with others it is the release of anger in tiny pockets. So if you are angry, get yourself to a place where you can just be with your own feelings, as for many of you sensitives, the feelings of others will be claustrophobic at times this month. You will need personal space for your own releases.

Some of you will also feel triggered around world and personal safety. For the longest time, even if you didn't agree with or support the 'system' of our society, that system has been wrapped around us and we have been held within it. Now, as we move ahead into the coming decade, revolution of that system is well underway, including 'money safety'. This removes the previous 'walls' we were held within and is unleashing a collective fear and anxiety around that system. Even if you don't align with the fear based beliefs of some, the emotions those people are releasing can be felt energetically as waves.
For those of you who remember first moving away from the family home, this phase (and 2012 as a whole) is a similar 'growing up and leaving home' process. It is occurring energetically in our collective and can be tangibly felt. There is the excitement of open possibility and new beginnings alongside the fear of the unknown, and the removal of the old boundaries and rules of living.
Keep breathing through it all, take your time, and do not rush at anything you are uncertain of in any way. There will be some great opportunities coming your way this month, as a result of the space created by all the resolution and energetic clear out. In many cases, these opportunities will be there to show you heights are available to you, but remember the first option presented is not always the best for you.
So there is a need to honour patience above all else. If what is offered is true for you, then remember it will still be available some weeks down the line if you don't feel 100% sure you can bring your energy to it in the now.

So as usual, honour your own personal balance and needs above all else. This is a time where YOUR needs are now of the utmost importance, so you can regain your authentic power, as you will be needing it in the coming years to be of the greatest service to you and others.
Finally, remember the power of intentions. Words magically change the energy of a person and a space.

So for example, if your wish is to create more loving, supportive relationships in your life, then write out a simple sentence such as “ I invite more loving and supportive people and relationships into my life”. Choose whichever words feel right to you, and then place the intention on a wall or some other visible place in your home. This will create a powerful shift for you in these 2012 energies of faster manifestation. The words will have a vibrational effect on your whole environment if you make them visible, and whenever you see and 'walk through' the reconfigured environment of these words, they will have an effect of re-aligning and directing you.
Try it and see. You deserve nothing less.

And for those of you who work with the chakras consciously, the most active chakra of this month will be the SOLAR PLEXUS, located an inch or two above the navel. So as a daily practice, placing your palm over this area, or a crystal of your choice will help balance this center and ultimately all of your own energetic movements in February.

Naturally we need to be aware of what Michael is doing, and have been following the events associated with the trip to Neptune. What we must however stress is that we have our own responsibilities, and would never interfere with the mission of another, in the same manner that we would not interfere with experiences that are your own creation. Look at it this way Dear Ones, it is no one else's place to deny you the experiences you need to advance your evolution.

On this subject, please remember that the Galactic Federation has quite clearly informed you that in the course of time, many "tourist" trips aboard our craft will be arranged. So there is no need to rush yourselves to be part of the first trips of this nature, there will be plenty of time to enjoy them once we are openly allowed to contact you. Some of our Motherships are like enormous cities, and will have no difficulty in dealing with the large numbers of you that would jump to the opportunity to visit one. It will all be part of our intention to bring us closer together, and dispel any fears about us that may still remain. It allows us to give you a look at what advanced technologies will do for you in the very near future. After all, we are your future selves, and you will need to quickly bridge the gap brought about by the deliberate suppression of technologies that would have long ago launched you into the 21^st. Century.

Much is happening on Earth right now, and even you will realise that it cannot be very long before you see the outcome of the work put in to bring about the desired changes. Threats of war still rumble on, but we tell you once again it will not be allowed although some sabre rattling will go on. So please do not succumb to these situations and allow fear to occupy you, think peace and place your energy there where it will do something positive. The financial situation continues to occupy a lot of our allies time, but then it is a complex problem to get many countries as you would say, "singing from the same hymn sheet". However, success will come and it will signal the start of a completely new approach to banking and the whole nature of financial transactions. Debt is to be eliminated and never again shall you be burdened with it unnecessarily.

There is never a dull moment living on Earth, and in some ways that is how it is meant to be and certainly not a holiday isle, as otherwise your progress would rarely go forward. The Earth is a great place to experience all manner of challenges, and the quickest way to forge ahead and climb up that spiritual ladder. Yet the Earth is a paradise of which there are no equals in your Universe, and it was seeded over millions of years. It was truly a Garden of Eden, but degenerated as the vibrations become lower and Man despoiled it with his greed and lack of caring. Now you are waking up to recognise the jewel that your Earth is and trying your best to restore it, and prevent further damage and destruction. Indeed, it is your responsibility to return it to its pristine condition as part of the preparations for Ascension.

In such unsettling times such as you in now, you need to keep a cool head and never forget the reason you have come to Earth at this time. It was to awaken to your true self as a Being of Light, and lift the level of your consciousness so that you were ready to ascend as soon as the opportunity arose. You have a whole ream of experiences still to come, but in the end Ascension is your goal and that is really all that matters. This opportunity where there is a mass ascension does not come round very often, and it is your release from duality and the need to re-incarnate regularly. With this in mind, we are sure that you do not need much encouragement to put the effort in to step off the ladder of re-birth.

You cannot fully know what goes on behind the scenes, but there is far more activity than there appears to be. We monitor the world news and what is discussed openly or in private, and as a result we have a very good picture of how events are turning out. That gives us the edge and able to help our allies, and it is allowed to balance the advanced equipment used by the dark Ones to spy upon those of the Light. We have computers with a level of consciousness that is so advanced, that you can have quite intelligent conversations with them. You have experience of automation, but we have taken it to a degree that would astound you, and you will enjoy your visits to our ships trying to work out how they operate. For some of you it will seem familiar, as you visit us during your sleep state but have a closed memory of it when you return to your body.

Come out of your cocoons that are hiding your true self, the Light Being that you are and always will be. This is the time to claim your divine rights and sovereignty, and you are being given every help to do so. You are Beings of untold power and providing you can accept the responsibility to use it wisely, you will ascend and become the creator that you were previously before the fall. Even now you still create but it takes longer to manifest, and you may not realise what you have done. Focus long enough upon what you desire and in time there will be a response. It is how without realising it, you draw into your life the experiences that you have brought upon yourself. Like attracts like, and that is how you gather around you your friends and enemies for that matter. The Law of Attraction makes no decision on how it works, so be careful what you focus on and where you place your energy. Most of your experiences start out life as thoughts, that when you give sufficient energy to them they become part of your reality.
