Arcturian Group 5/6/12.

Dear ones, we are here to greet and welcome you all in this new era of energy. You are now feeling change within. Many are feeling disoriented and wonder if there are physical issues. No, what you are experiencing is simply the adjusting necessary as the body integrates the higher frequencies. Much is changing within the physical body as cells release that which is old, and integrate the new and higher. When you are feel sick, or weak, or your ears are ringing etc., just remember that you are making huge changes within your physical, emotional, and mental systems. Rest more, allow yourselves to enjoy what you enjoy, drink and eat cleanly, and fill your consciousness with truth, while letting go of all that is old and finished. We are not saying that you should not consult a doctor if you are guided to do so, but be aware that the energy is affecting how you physically feel.

You are well on your way to a new and brighter world experience even though it often does not appear that way. Much is yet to be revealed and much is yet to be experienced by those of you choosing to ascend.

We would like to speak to you of ascension. This is a time of movement into the higher frequencies and is not a time to panic while trying to hold on to ways of doing things that have always worked for you. Many of these ways will either be lifted to a higher level, or will simply no longer work as they have in the past because those of you that have chosen ascension are now on your way out of the old energy.

However, many who are ready for the new energy, have not consciously chosen it because they do not know about it nor are they interested in it. These are the those who have over many lifetimes, attained a consciousness of oneness. Because of this, they are ready for ascension, but do not really know on a conscious level what is occurring. These are the dear ones that you will be helping and teaching. These are the ones who will be afraid and wondering what is happening at some point. You see, the criteria for ascension is having attained a consciousness of the oneness of all life. These dear souls live lives in whatever way they have chosen, often with no seeming interest in anything spiritual and yet living spiritually in every way. They are respectful of all life, live as kind and generous people, and often influence others in a positive way without even being aware of it. They are ready for the next step.

Every life time an individual has, adds to an accumulation of experiences which eventually lead to spiritual (not religious) evolution. In the process, many may appear to have wasted their opportunities for growth but it matters not, for all experience teaches, and every individual will eventually remember and unite with their true selves at some point. There is no time, and those not yet ready for ascension will have another time.

In lifetimes prior to this one, individuals incarnated having chosen one or two issues to be learned or resolved. However this time, because of the powerful shift taking place on earth, all who are serious about their spiritual growth and wishing to be a part of the new energy, came in with a much longer list of all needing to be finished, experienced, or learned quickly. Which is why so many of you have felt like your lives seem to be a series of moving from one issue to another.

Some of you brought lessons of karmic completion with either one or many. As a result, you have found yourselves in relationships that were often problematic from the beginning. As you were intuitively guided to lovingly work through the issues, the old energy was balanced, released, and finished. Others came in to experience and learn specific lessons of the third dimensional energy still needing to be learned.

The most powerful and the hardest lesson in this evolution is learning to look within instead of without. Learning through lifetimes of painful experiences and disappointment, that completeness and true happiness can never be found in person, place, thing. This is the barrier from third dimensional energy in to the fifth. Many spiritually ready to make this jump in awareness have found themselves in relationships of all sorts that seem to have stopped working, leaving them heartbroken and wondering what happened. Or in another scenario, they may have fulfilled their material goals in every way but still feel empty and unhappy. Some may suddenly lose everything they have.

There are an infinite number of ways to learn that the "kingdom is within", and for the beginner soul, most of them are difficult and often very painful but at some point in the evolutionary journey, the lessons begin to come by grace and not through pain and suffering. It is important to state; "I choose to learn gently and easily" because out there in the human matrix of world beliefs is the belief that spiritual learning must be done through suffering. Much of mankind's' suffering is brought about through trying to hold on to something that is finished in the belief that it holds one's happiness.

Every soul chooses before incarnating into "earth school", those experiences that will eventually guide him into a state of consciousness that knows all reality is in and of the One omnipresent Consciousness. Because this Divine Consciousness is all there is, it must also be individual consciousness. Completeness , wholeness, intelligence, wisdom, abundance, and all the infinite qualities of Source lie sleeping within ITS manifestation and gradually awaken onto conscious awareness over lifetimes. The Higher Self of each individual never sleeps and has never forgotten who it is, and so the journey must always move forward even if at times it is with baby steps.

We tell you these things because you are at a crucial point in your journey now. All that is left to be cleared and released is quickly coming to the surface. Do not fight it, but rejoice in the realization that what may look to the world as failure, is graduation dear ones, graduation.

Let no one persuade you to change your beliefs, except that you intuitively feel the Light within the words you are given. That which is of the lower vibrations will not resonate with you, and at this time when Ascension is so close there are those who would deliberately misinform you. The dark Ones thought to conquer Man and his world for their own agenda, but now grasp at any opportunity to stop each souls path of Light that leads to completion. It will be to no avail, but it means you still need to tread carefully and not fooled by those peddling fear. Naturally physical changes are happening, but they will not be on such a scale as the biblical prophesies. At one time they were actual probabilities, but with your acceleration of consciousness the vibrations have been lifted up. That has allowed for a less chaotic end time, and we of the Galactic Federation are determined to help you through the period that remains before Ascension. There are many ways in which we can help, and where earthquakes are concerned the flow of energies can be directed in such a way that it minimises their effect.

Our mission is now reaching a critical point where we will be brought into action to monitor events, that are about to impinge upon your consciousness. The immense work put in to rid you of the Illuminati and their minions, is about to pay off and result in large scale arrests. This requires our allies to be at the ready, and for us to back them up to ensure it all runs smoothly. We do not wish to see panic result from the purges taking place, or violence resulting from the news of such events becoming public. Sooner or later you will have to face the awful truth of how you have been used all along, to fill the coffers of those who have for eons of time been the driving force behind your governments. The extent of their power will truly astound and shock you, and more so when you realise how a large proportion of the population was destined to be eliminated. With our coming that threat has been removed, but history will show that the lives of millions were nevertheless subject to their insidious plots.

The coming times are going to be quite hectic, and it is as well that you have Ascension to focus upon. Be assured that whatever happens the ultimate outcome is going to be to your benefit. All that is of the lower vibrations will eventually be transmuted or disappear from your sight. That is how the Earth will be restored with all traces of pollution removed. A new Earth is to be born so that you can commence another stage in your evolution. It will be most comforting and bring back the joy and happiness that has been lacking in many peoples lives. The Light will shine out from all directions, and the consciousness levels of all forms of life will be raised up. Oneness will be evident in many ways, and recognised as bringing all life together. Separation will no longer take place, and harmony and balance will be restored. The dark energies will have no place in such surroundings, and could not exist in such high levels of energy. So Dear Ones do not allow outer influences to interfere with your progress towards Ascension.

In the coming times you will reach levels that will match the Christ Consciousness, and that means all of you as it is a natural development on your evolutionary path. You are at present a pale reflection of such high vibrations, yet it is your destiny to reach such levels. You will one day truly be looked upon as Masters of the Light, and co-create with others when new Universes are born. Your potential is not limited in any way, and you will eventually take on the mantle of the Gods that you are. However, for the present your time and thoughts are being taken up by preparing for Ascension. Some still seek the answers as to what they need to do in this respect, and we would say work towards a level where you can be one who can express yourself in Unconditional Love. It is not easy when you have so many distractions around you, yet it is a state of being that is possible. See all as part of yourself because you are all connected, and what one does affects every other soul. It means being non-judgmental and perhaps for Humans that is the hardest bit. You are used to expressing your opinions about everything, and sometimes it is done without knowing the full facts. Just move in the energy of love all of the time, and make allowances for others who are still playing the game of duality.

You live on a beautiful Earth that it is an entity of high consciousness in its own right, spoilt by lack of understanding. Mother Earth has sacrificed much to allow your evolution to go forward, but you could say it is now payback time. By appreciating what she has done for you, and also respecting her needs to prepare for Ascension, you can work towards undoing and rectifying some of the damage that has been done. Certainly you will be called upon to participate in the cleansing once we can safely land on your Earth. It is a mammoth task, yet for us will take no time to speak of because of our technologies. Already we are cleansing the atmosphere, and noting your concern about Chemtrails and are reducing their effects upon you. Indeed, we have for many years cleared the fall out from atomic explosions, and even now we deal with radiation coming from the damaged Nuclear Plant in Japan. As you must now know, we are also currently preventing the use of nuclear devices and will safely destroy them if necessary.

We will not stand by any longer and allow further deliberate destruction of the planet, and your authorities are aware of our position on this. These are the first steps towards banning war for good, and believe us that we can ensure that all countries abide by this divine ruling. Peace is nearly here, and when it causes all military units to be disbanded there are provisions made for the re-employment of all personnel. War crimes will be dealt with along with all crimes against Humanity and just no one will get away with them, as we know who the guilty ones are. There are no reprisals involved, but the simple application of your laws and also Universal Law.

This morning we will talk about the messages you are receiving regarding this month’s energies. It should be obvious to you from the tone of all these messages that you have reached a turning point. If you relate this to the little real news you receive through your media, you will also perceive this beginning of change to your reality.

We have been discussing these things with you for a long time. You are about to experience the convergence between several galactic alignments and several events which you are planning to utilize to propel you into your desired future. You are expecting to see results from these meditations and prayers. You have no real way of gauging the reach of your calls to join you on this coming day of the full moon. I will tell you it is becoming bigger than you ever dreamed. You have been hearing for a while now of an approaching event. Dearest friends, this is the event.

You have reached the top of the long uphill struggle. For a little while now, you have approached the edge of the downhill grade. Give it that heave now and watch as the hurtling rush to the bottom picks up speed. This is a good picture, except in this case the bottom will really be the highest point you have ever experienced. Your expectations of this event are great. Let us tell you now that you can have no idea how great they will be.Your memories of the life you pray for are so far in your distant past, and so well buried, that you can only see faint glimmerings. If we told you who you are and what you are capable of, it would seem to you to be fairy tales. Your past has been so carefully hidden that, when you begin to learn of it, many will refuse to believe it. The technologies that you already possess will beggar your imaginations, and we tell you they do not approach what will be shown you, given to you freely. There are those among you who laugh aloud when they hear of our promises regarding your health and lifespan, but we tell you there are many doctors and researchers already who are not laughing.

So gather in your groups, physically or spiritually, on this fifth day of your fifth month of this five year, and we will join you in finally getting this show on the road. Well, it has been on the road for a very long time, hasn’t it? So let’s push it out into plain sight. Yes, let’s do that. When we do, every little victory will raise your spirits that much more.

Center yourselves now. Ground yourselves firmly into the energy of your dear Gaia. Gather your energy about you. Picture the lion just before he leaps. That is where you are in this moment.
